Permission Release for Images of Student and Students Art Work for Rock Ranch Valley Center.

Yes, I give my permission for my child to have their picture taken along with images of art work for the purpose of promoting Rock Ranch for future events on our website as well as shows that the student might be in, or for use on flyers that will go out into the community including local schools. I realize that the pictures will not be sold or used for any other use.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Check The Boxes Stating that you understand what you need to provide for your child while in camp.

I will provide my child with a waterbottle that is labled with their name. My child will be able to refill their bottle with fresh filtered water anytime while at Summer Camp Del Sure. I will provide a high protein breakfast for my child(ren) prior to arriving at camp. NOTE* If your child has not eaten, Cheryl will call you. It's very important that your child has food prior to beginning activities. I will provide a high protein lunch that my child(ren) will bring with them. If you want to discuss this more, please call Cheryl and she'll explain why she does this. 760 805 8180 I will dress my child in clothing appropriate for creating art. I realize that my child may come home with paint or other stainsdue to working on projects from summer camp.

I will email you a confirmation of the camp you are interested in.

Once you email a confirmation response, I will provide you with a Venmo request for payment.
