Agenda for Spring Break Art/Baking Camp

Welcome, parents!

We’re excited to provide an outstanding experience for your camper(s). Each day of camp will follow the protocols listed below.

 Ages 5-11 years

To ensure they have the energy needed for a busy day, please make sure your child’s breakfast prior to arriving includes:

Protein (e.g., meat, fish, cheese, lentils, or beans)
• Carbohydrates (e.g., toast, fruit, or crackers)
• Healthy fats (e.g., nuts, avocado)

A balanced breakfast will help fuel your camper(s) through a fun and vigorous day!

If you’re running behind and can’t provide breakfast at home, no worries! Feel free to stop and grab something on the way. I’ll make sure they have time to eat while working on their first project.

Also, please be sure your camper(s) have a water thermos with their name on it. Refills are on the house!

Day One of Camp.10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Begins with a fun social gathering around a large table, where campers can contribute to decorating a camp banner with their own creative ideas. This activity will keep everyone engaged while we wait for all campers to arrive and kick off the day!

Arrival:
Please arrive between 9:45 am and no later than 10:00 am.

10:15 am – Directed Draw of the menu item for the day (coloring comes later)

10:45 am – Snack and social before we begin cooking our lunch for the day.

11:00 am – Cooking Begins.
If some campers aren’t as excited about the cooking, no worries—it happens! They can sit and color the picture we drew earlier.

12:30 pm – Lunch and a game (Example: Pictionary)

1:00 pm – Obstacle Course
If some campers aren’t as excited about running around, no problem! They can enjoy free drawing or other crafts that will be available.

2:00 pm – Parent Pick Up
Please be on time to pick up your camper(s). A late fee of $10.00 will apply for every 15 minutes of delay.
